Security at FPI
Last updated: July 4, 2026FPI is infrastructure. Businesses trust it with their calls, customers, and records, and we treat that trust as the product. This page describes our security practices in plain language. If it is not written here, do not assume it. Questions and reports: [email protected].
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption provided by our cloud infrastructure.
Access control
Customer data access inside FPI is limited to personnel who need it to operate and support the Services, protected by single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, and logged. Within your account, seats and permissions let you control who on your team sees what.
Infrastructure
The Services run on enterprise-grade cloud providers with redundancy and automated backups. Telephony and messaging are delivered through carrier-compliant providers, including Twilio.
AI boundaries
AI features operate on your account’s data to serve your account. Every product with the three-mode dial lets you decide whether AI acts autonomously, drafts for approval, or is switched off entirely.
Vendor review
Subprocessors are reviewed for security posture and bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations before they touch any customer data.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email [email protected] with details. We will acknowledge promptly, keep you informed, and not pursue good-faith research.
What we do not claim
We do not advertise certifications we have not completed. As formal audits and certifications are achieved, they will be listed here with dates.
