Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026Front Page Intelligence (“FPI”, “we”, “us”) provides business infrastructure software, including Pulse, MESA, Pulse Lite, ATS, CRM, and Objection Coach (the “Services”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites and Services.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email, phone, company details, and billing information when you create an account or purchase a subscription.
- Service data. Content processed by the Services on behalf of our business customers, including call recordings and transcripts (Pulse, Objection Coach), customer records (CRM, MESA), candidate information (ATS), reviews and responses (Pulse Reviews), and messages sent through the platform.
- Usage data. Log data, device information, and analytics about how the Services are used, collected in part through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Services; to route calls and messages; to generate transcripts, summaries, and coaching; to bill and support your account; and to communicate with you about the Services. We do not sell personal information.
Processing on behalf of businesses
When a business runs its operations on FPI, we process that business’s customer data as a service provider under its instructions. If you are a customer of a business that uses FPI, contact that business for questions about your data. We will assist them in honoring your requests.
Sharing
We share information with subprocessors that help us operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, telephony and messaging carriers such as Twilio, payment processors such as Stripe, and calendar and email providers you connect). Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Call recording and AI
Pulse and Objection Coach can record and transcribe calls, and AI systems generate responses, summaries, and coaching from that content. Businesses using FPI are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by the laws of their jurisdiction for call recording.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Security practices are described in our Security page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
