Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites and services of Front Page Intelligence (“FPI”), including Pulse Voice, MESA Systems, Pulse Reviews, MESA ATS, MESA CRM, Objection Coach, Custom Builds, and the FPI Marketplace (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for all activity under your account, including activity by your team members and seats you provision.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid Services are billed as set out in your order form or engagement agreement. FPI is a done-for-you platform: every engagement, including seats, onboarding services (Done With You, Done For You), and custom builds, is scoped to your business and agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change agreed fees with at least 30 days notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you and your customers submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant FPI the rights needed to operate the Services, including processing Customer Data with AI systems to provide answering, booking, transcription, coaching, and related features. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to submit Customer Data, including consents for call recording and messaging.

Acceptable use

You will not use the Services to violate law, send spam or unconsented messages, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach security, or resell the Services except under a signed partner agreement. Messaging through the Services must comply with our SMS & Messaging Policy.

Demo requests and messaging consent

When you request a demo on this website, you submit business and contact details so we can prepare and schedule it. If you check the SMS consent box on the demo form, or text our published keyword (DEMO) to our demo line at (817) 482-3522, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Front Page Intelligence at the mobile number you provide, to schedule, confirm, and follow up on your Pulse demo — and, only if you separately opt in, occasional product updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a demo; you may instead request a demo by email or phone. If you call our demo line, you will reach Pulse, our AI answering service, which may record and transcribe the call to schedule your demo. Messaging is handled under our SMS & Messaging Policy and personal data under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share the mobile numbers or consent collected through demo requests with third parties for their own marketing.

AI outputs

The Services generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing configurations, approving knowledge bases, and choosing the operating mode (autonomous, hybrid, or manual) appropriate for your business. The Services are not a substitute for professional advice.

Marketplace and third parties

Marketplace listings and third party integrations are provided by their developers, who are responsible for their products and pricing. Your use of a third party product is governed by that developer’s terms.

Term and termination

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination we will make Customer Data available for export for 30 days.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. FPI disclaims implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to FPI in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], excluding conflicts rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with any order form, are the entire agreement. Questions: [email protected].
