The Story

We built the tools we wished existed.

Every SaaS in this space is built by software companies guessing what operators need. We’re operators who got tired of guessing. So we built our own, and then we built the ecosystem around it.

AW
Aton Williams · Founder & CEO Operator-built. Operator-owned.
“Every CRM I tried was built by people who’d never run a sales floor. Every ATS was built for HR departments, not for orgs that hire weekly. Every training tool was a PDF library. So we built the stack we needed, and then opened it up to operators like us.”

FPI exists because the operator-software gap is real. The big platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Workday) are built for corporate buyers. The small ones (Enzy, SalesRabbit) are point tools that cover 20% of what you need. There’s nothing in the middle for the people actually running real operations.

That’s what FPI is. The middle. The whole stack. AI-native from line one of code. Operator-built, operator-owned, operator-priced. The first ecosystem made for the people who run businesses, not the people who pitch slides about them.

Our Philosophy

What we believe, and what we refuse to compromise on.

Operators over founders

We design for the person running the org at 7am, not the founder who’ll never touch the product. If a tool is hard for an operator, it’s a broken tool, no matter how clever the architecture.

AI-native, not AI-bolted

Most “AI features” in CRMs are autocomplete with extra steps. FPI’s tools were architected around AI from the start. Every workflow assumes intelligence in the loop.

Ecosystem > point tool

Operators don’t have time to glue six platforms together. Our ecosystem is unified by design. One login, one bill, one place where your data lives.

White-label by default

Every tenant is its own brand. We never want our logo where yours should be. The platform serves you and your reps. quietly, behind the scenes.

Velocity is a feature

We ship weekly. We respond to support requests in hours, not days. Operators move fast. their software should too. No 90-day roadmaps for fixing a bug.

Customization at every layer

Path durations, KPI definitions, scoring rubrics, training thresholds, every owner can override every default. Your operation is yours. The software adapts.
