1. Who we are

Front Page Intelligence (“FPI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the marketplace at frontpageintelligence.com and the following products: Mesa CRM, Mesa ATS, Objection Coach, Reviews AI, and custom builds delivered by our development arm. This Privacy Policy covers data collected through our website and these products.

2. What data we collect

From visitors to our website

• Information you submit through forms (name, email, company, phone, message).
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps).
• Cookies for analytics and preferences (theme selection, session state).

From customers using our products

• Account info: name, email, phone, organization, billing details.
• Operational data: leads, candidates, reps, sales records, payroll inputs, training scores, customer reviews, and other content you create in the platform.
• Communications metadata: SMS delivery status, email open rates, AI conversation logs.
• Usage analytics: which features you use, performance metrics, error reports.

From people we communicate with on your behalf

• Candidate data (name, phone, email, application responses) for Mesa ATS.
• Customer data (name, phone, email, review content) for Reviews AI.
• Consent records, opt-out preferences, and SMS reply history.

3. How we use data

• To operate and improve our products.
• To provide AI-powered features (coaching, prescreening, fit scoring, response generation).
• To send transactional messages and (with permission) marketing.
• To detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI training

We do not use your operational data to train foundation AI models. Your customer lists, candidate data, sales records, and internal communications stay inside your tenant. AI features run on third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) that operate under their own enterprise data agreements, which prohibit training on submitted content.

5. SMS and Twilio A2P 10DLC compliance

SMS messages sent through FPI products (Mesa ATS candidate nurture, Reviews AI campaigns) are sent under our registered A2P 10DLC campaign brand. We collect prior express written consent before sending marketing SMS, honor STOP, HELP, and UNSUBSCRIBE keywords, and maintain audit logs for compliance review. 6. Sharing data

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, email delivery, SMS, AI inference). Each operates under a Data Processing Agreement.
• Legal authorities when required by valid legal process.
• Acquirers in the event FPI is acquired or merged, with notice provided in advance.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Customers in California (CCPA), Europe (GDPR), and other jurisdictions have specific rights under applicable laws, which we honor.

8. Data retention

We retain operational data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is held for 90 days for recovery, then permanently deleted. Backup snapshots are purged within 180 days. Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.

9. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase) with SOC 2-compliant providers. Access to production data is limited to authorized engineers with audit logging.

10. Children

FPI products are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. By using FPI, you consent to transfer of your data to the US, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
