Discovery Sprint

Half-day intensive. We define the problem, success metric, and scope. Fixed fee. Refunded against the full build if we proceed.

Prototype Phase

2–4 week sprint to working prototype. Weekly demos. Locked scope, locked price.

Production Build

Scoped milestones with acceptance criteria. Pay on delivery of each milestone. No retainer chains.

Ongoing Support

Optional monthly retainer for monitoring, iterations, and new features. Cancel anytime.

What’s the typical timeline?
Prototype in 2–4 weeks. Production-ready build in 6–12 weeks for most projects. Larger platforms can run 3–6 months. We commit to dates and hit them.
What tech stack do you build on?
Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, Postgres, Vercel for web. Swift / React Native for mobile. Python for AI orchestration. We pick the right tool, not the fashionable one.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Full source code, full IP. We hand over the repo. You can take it elsewhere any time, though most clients keep us on retainer for ongoing work.
Can my build integrate with Mesa CRM?
Yes. We design custom builds to plug natively into Mesa CRM, Mesa ATS, and Reviews AI from day one. Single login, shared data, unified reporting.
What’s the minimum project size?
Discovery sprints start small. Production builds typically start at 4-figure monthly retainers or 5-figure fixed-price projects, depending on scope. Book a consultation and we’ll size it.
What if my idea becomes a product you want to sell?
We discuss it openly. You always keep ownership of what we built for you. If we both want to spin it into a marketplace product, we negotiate revenue share, but only with your explicit yes. Mesa CRM grew exactly this way, starting as a custom internal tool.
