Can Mesa ATS work without Mesa CRM?
Yes. Mesa ATS is a fully standalone product. Many of our customers use Mesa ATS for hiring while running their existing CRM elsewhere. If you later add Mesa CRM, the two share the same candidate-to-rep pipeline natively.
How fast can a new tenant start sending SMS?
Same day. New tenants inherit FPI’s registered A2P 10DLC campaign brand, so you skip the 4–8 week T-Mobile vetting most ATS vendors push you through.
What about international candidates?
SMS is currently US/Canada (Twilio A2P limits). International candidates can apply via the web form with the same AI conversation experience. International SMS is on the Q3 roadmap.
How does the fit-score rubric work?
You write your scoring criteria in plain English in Command Center. Live preview shows how it would score real candidates. Mesa applies the rubric to every applicant, ranks them, and routes the top fits to your recruiter.
Can recruiters be paid per hire that survives 30 / 60 / 90?
Yes. Mesa ATS tracks hire-to-survival rates by recruiter and can pipe that into Mesa CRM’s payroll engine for retention-gated commissions.
